HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

When you purchase an Royal Fulani Living (RFL) product, you are purchasing an exclusive item.

RFL curates, acquires and sells some products that align with our creative vision and aesthetic and are designed and manufactured by third parties. These products are only sold when they are in stock and will ship immediately; typically taking 3-7 business days based upon the distance of your destination.

Products using RFL textiles (that are our original designs, copyrighted and digitally printed by yardage) may take up to 2 weeks to process. They are considered "custom orders".

Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days based on the distance of your destination (longer time-in-transit outside the contiguous 48 states).

We will always email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you. International Standard orders usually take about 2 weeks in transit, but can sometimes take 4 weeks to arrive due to customs, distance and other factors.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS; including the weight of the product, amount ordered and the shipping destination. Cost will vary for international shipping.

 

HOW MANY SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Orders are regularly shipped via USPS. International shipping is normally processed through DHL.

Orders that weigh more than 4 pounds will be shipped FedEx Ground, and orders over $500 require an adult signature. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product, the amount ordered and the shipping destination. A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. International Standard orders usually take about 2 weeks in transit, but can sometimes take 4 weeks to arrive due to customs, distance and other factors.

All U.S. shipments typically take 3–7 business days based on the distance of your destination (longer time-in-transit outside the contiguous 48 states). You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
